Quantum PLC Module Features

Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in extremely high reliability.

Quantum PLC includes hardware fault self-detection functionality that can promptly alert users to issues. It can be programmed with peripheral component fault self-diagnosis programs, providing system-wide fault diagnosis protection beyond just the PLC circuit, ensuring high overall system reliability.

All modules feature hot-swappable capability, allowing maintenance without system downtime, reducing workload and simplifying maintenance. LED status indicators provide visual feedback for CPU and I/O template channel status, enabling quick troubleshooting.

Quantum PLC offers comprehensive supporting facilities with complete functionality and strong applicability. Critical systems can implement dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supplies, redundant remote I/O, and dual Ethernet connections to ensure safe, continuous operation.

The advanced dual-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and easy operation. Using two identically configured modules in primary/secondary configuration, the standby CPU continuously monitors the host status. If the host fails, the standby immediately takes over within one PLC scan cycle, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
